Dr. Angela Wilson is a native of Beech Island, SC and was born to Rev. Dr. Anthony and Annie Wilson; the youngest of six siblings. Angela has many great talents and gifts including singing, teaching, speaking, writing, and leading. She has accomplished much within the areas of music and education.
        Dr. Wilson attended and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the following HBCUs: Shaw University (Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, 2011), South Carolina State University (Master of Arts in Elementary Education, 2015), and Clark Atlanta University (Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, 2019). She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., several national honors societies, and has presented research for the state of Georgia and districts within. In March of 2020, she released her first book “Motivating Teachers Today”. She has been in the educational field within the Metro Atlanta area for over eight years and has taken on various leadership roles within her schools. She currently serves as a Multi-Tiered System of Supports Specialist in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
        Currently, in church, Dr. Wilson serves as a worship leader and choir director. She is excited to have begun accomplishing her newest task at hand, being a national recording artist. In February 2022, Angela became the visionary and established her entertainment company, Visionary Inkwork, LLC. Angela loves the art of learning and understands the importance of continuing education in all areas. She is currently taking classes in music business and at Hopewell Bible Institute.
        In June 2023, she released her highly anticipated debut album “Visionary” including her blazing singles, “You’re a Winner” featuring the Grammy award-winning artist, Mali Music, “I Will”, and “My Jesus”. Her musical work has been receiving national recognition on Sirius XM, national syndicated radio stations, radio airplay gospel charts, the Source Magazine, and other musical digital platforms such as iTunes Sales Charts and BET Gospel.  Her newest single, "Count It All Joy" released in February 2024.  Angela was also considered as a 2024 Stellar Award ballot nominee for categories New Artist of the Year and Contemporary Female Artist of the Year.  Her plans are to continue to do the work that God has chosen for her to do and to use her God-given gifts for the betterment of this world. Dr. Wilson wants everyone to know that with God all things are possible, just seek Him, put in the work, and wait on Him; He will answer.
